Refund Policy
At Professional Stripper, we strive to provide a smooth booking experience and high-quality private entertainment services. Because our services involve reserving time, scheduling, and preparation, the following refund policy applies to all bookings.
1. Deposits & Booking Fees
All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable.
These payments secure your date, time, and entertainer availability, and compensate for time reserved exclusively for your event.
2. Cancellations
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance:
Deposits remain non-refundable, but may be eligible for one-time rescheduling (see Section 3). - Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event:
No refunds or credits will be issued. - Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
Full payment is forfeited and no refunds will be provided.
3. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change.
- One-time rescheduling may be permitted if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled event.
- Rescheduled bookings must occur within 60 days of the original event date.
- Rescheduling is subject to entertainer availability.
4. Service Changes
If changes are requested (time, location, or event details), we will do our best to accommodate them. However:
- Changes made close to the event date may not be guaranteed
- Additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the request
5. Performer Availability
In rare cases where an entertainer becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances:
- A replacement entertainer may be offered, or
- A credit or refund may be issued at our discretion
6. Dissatisfaction with Services
If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 24 hours of your event.
Refunds are not guaranteed but will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
By booking with Professional Stripper, you agree to this refund policy.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in denial of future services.
